* Receiver acknowledges full satisfaction and acceptance of order within 24 hours.

* Sex determination is done at no additional charge, but NOT GUARANTEED.

* Walk-in customers who hand pick their animals,there is no guarantee once you leave.

* Walk-in sales are by appointment only.Please call or e-mail us.

* Animals sold may contain internal or external parasites and no refunds or exchanges will be given for claims because it is a reality of our hobby. We will however do our very best to keep all our stock as free from parasites as possible.

* All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

* We do not ship to P.O.boxes.

* WE DO NOT HOLD ANIMALS for more than 5 days for any reason.

* We ship within the continental United States only.

o We prefer Overnight shipping.
o "Overnight" (Live arrival guaranteed)=35.00

o "Priority" (no live arrival/damage guarantee)=up to 15 items for 15.00

*Priority Service is 2-3 days in transit. We recommend you check the weather in your area before choosing this service. There is NO LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE and NO REFUNDS will be given.

* We ship priority orders on mondays and tuesdays only.

*We highly recommend OVERNIGHT service because you have a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE.

*We do not use cold packs because night time temperatures at Los Angeles airport are too cold.Thick styrofoam works very well in heat and cold.

* We are not responsible for deaths or damages on orders shipped priority.

* All guarantees are void if not received by the buyer on the first delivery attempt.

* All guarantees are void if the address you give us is undeliverable or incorrect.

*No Guarantee on freebee's.

* We do not ship to anywhere else but the confirmed paypal address.

*All D.O.A.'s must be reported within 24 hours and be returned upon request.A replacement of equal or lesser value will be sent with the next order.

* Sizes are estimated and can vary .

* Upon ordering, the customer acknowledges "release of liability" from Paul Becker and Pet Center USA for any damages or injuries that may occur to any persons or pets that come into contact with purchased animals.

* There are no refunds for late delivery because it keeps the overall costs of shipping as low as possible for everyone.

* Caveat Emptor - Buyer beware. Do not handle. Tarantulas have a toxic bite and urticating hairs.

* Not recommended for children.please be at least 16 yrs of age or have parents written permission.

* All sales are First Come First Serve.

PAYMENT:

* No guarantee your item(s) will be in stock if you send a money order. Orders with immediate payment take priority.

* All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.

* We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Wire Transfers.

* California residents, please add 9.25% sales tax to the order or supply us with a signed resale card.

* Minimum Order is $25.00,excludes shipping.
